Your Physical Therapy Experience
Your first appointment includes a full evaluation of your mobility, strength, balance, and pain levels. From there, our therapists build a personalized plan designed around your goals — whether that means returning to work, walking without assistance, or reducing daily pain.
Sessions are typically 40 minutes, one to three times per week depending on your condition and goals.
