The Infusion Center
On-site neurological infusion therapy in Rockville, Maryland — comfortable, medically supervised, and coordinated with your care team.
A Neurology-Dedicated Infusion Center — Built Differently
Most infusion centers are designed for oncology or rheumatology patients. Ours is different. The Infusion Center at Neurology, Headache & Pain Institute was purpose-built for neurological infusion treatments — from advanced migraine therapies and MS treatments to the newest FDA-approved Alzheimer’s therapies, Leqembi and Kisunla.
What sets us apart is that our infusion center exists within a neurology practice, with a physician on site during treatments. Patients are not being seen in a general infusion suite alongside unrelated cases — they are receiving care in a setting specifically designed for their needs, overseen by the same team that manages their neurological care.
